The room is the largest of the apt with a large closet in the room, hardwood floors and a separate closet outside of the room for more storage. Apartment has a large living room and kitchen, full bathroom and huge back yard space!! It is truly an amazing gem!! Wireless and central air are also features of the apt. Rent is $950.00 a month with security and last months due at signing the lease. The lease is from Dec 1st- Sept 1st. The apt is located on South 3rd between Bedford and Berry (amazing location) It is a ten min walk to the Bedford stop and 3mins away from the JMZ stop.
Great restaurants and shops all along Bedford, you will be right near DuMont Burger!! The building is only six years old, so everything is new and the landlord/building mgr is amazing at taking care of the tenants! If you are looking for a big room, cool roommates and awesome location then please come take a look!!
